SSVP is a national, closed-membership network of independent, accredited investors. We use special purpose vehicles (LLCs) to aggregate members' interests into venture deals in order for members to develop individualized, diversified, private equity portfolios of life science & technology companies.
We work closely with other regional and national angel, venture capital and private equity partners to leverage our membership to scale venture capabilities and investor rights for members.
Our national network of investors and relationships allows diversification of deal sectors along with deal stage not otherwise available through traditional regional angel and venture fund investing.
We are Interested in accredited investors who want to join an exclusive, referral-based, 100+ membership team of like-minded angel, venture capital and private equity investors. Please contact us if you meet the following criteria:

Looking to invest between $5K-$50K of capital per deal round in 10-15 portfolio companies per year

Available to attend 1hr virtual deal presentations in the evenings (once/twice a month)

Potential to provide deal due diligence in their field of expertise

Potential to share unique deal flow for the group membership to consider

Knowledge in using investing capabilities and tools

Use of teleconferencing & IT apps such as Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, DropBox, Google Drive, mobile check deposits, etc.

Use of self-directed IRA’s for tax-free alternative asset investing in their estates

Punctual with digital signed paperwork requests and sending of funds; investor professionalism required

Cognizant of external investing nuances when working with early-stage companies such as SEC requirements, confidentiality agreements, K1-tax reporting and self-directed Roth/IRA formation and reporting
